A leading real estate practice in Birmingham city centre.

Job Description

A leading real estate team is looking to recruit a solicitor to join their Real Estate team at Senior Associate level to focus on commercial development matters.

The team acts for a wide range of national clients within the private and public sector. They have a very busy pipeline of development work going in to the second half of 2024.

You would be joining a leading practice. The team would consider somebody at Senior Associate level with a path to Legal Director. For the right person, they may consider a hire at Legal Director level depending on experience.

The team attends the office on average 3 days per week.

This is a great opportunity for somebody for is looking to work in a leading team, with quality work and genuine progression opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you will be an experienced commercial development solicitor working in a leading national or international practice. As this is a hire at Senior Associate level, the team would be looking for somebody with a least 5-6y PQE.
