Job Description
- Reach out to custoerms via phone, email or letters to recover overdue payments.
- Work with customers to set up affordable repayment arrangements while ensuring compliance with policy.
- Provide supprt and guidance on finaical difficulties, offering solutions to help customers manage debt.
- Update customer accounts with payment arrangements, conversations and action taken.
- Adhere to indusdtry regulations and complaies policies.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Work closely with the team to meet taregets.
