Job Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking clients, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client-specific needs within the financial services sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications in relevant systems.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client service processes and contribute to best practices.
  • Support onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly and professionally to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed support to clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Services Associate - French Speaking should have:

  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Must have RTW for the UK as the company does not offer sponsorship, or post study VISA sponsorship
  • Experience in client-facing roles, within financial services or banking, or Fin Tech
  • Knowledge of OTC Derivs product from study or work experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software to manage client interactions.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is desirable but not essential.
  • An ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards client service excellence.
