Job Description

The duties of the Client Onboarding Executive include:



  • Process new client applications and conduct AML/KYC checks.


  • Liaise with internal teams and external third parties to ensure timely onboarding.


  • Handle client and adviser queries via phone and email.


  • Maintain accurate records in the internal CRM and produce necessary investor and adviser documentation.


  • Monitor application quality, manage fund data, and report fundraising activity.


  • Assist with adviser commission schedules and respond to client complaints in line with FCA standards.


  • Regularly engage with product and compliance training.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They should be organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure. A basic understanding of AML and retail investment products is preferred, along with good proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
