Job Description

  • Leading and managing the accounts team.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Driving the strategic direction of the team in line with company objectives.
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delivering high-quality client services and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Providing accountancy services to clients
  • Reviewing work of juniors
  • Assisting with the development of new business opportunities.
  • Providing regular performance reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an accountancy practice.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
