Job Description

  • Ensure that all agreed client SLAs/KPIs are achieved and reported to the Client Delivery Lead.
  • Communicate quickly, regularly and clearly with the client in a professional manner, on the telephone and via email. *
  • Manage the relationship with the client throughout the business cycle.
  • Liaise with the Client Delivery Lead, Head of Operations and Account Directors / Managers about operational and client issues.
  • Liaise with other members of the company to resolve any client queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide cover for your colleagues work when absent and help other members of your team and other teams during busy times by demonstrating a flexible approach to work.
  • Aspire to be a super user of the main systems and processes used by the team.
  • Support with training other team members to enhance their performance and productivity. *
  • Support with all client complaints/queries ensuring that the correct query resolution procedure is followed.
  • Contribute to efficiency and business improvement projects when required. *
  • Support with queries and escalations from across the business, where these cannot be dealt with within the client 'Cell' in which they arise.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Delivery Support should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong Excel skills / knowledge
  • Immediately available and able to commit to a 6 month FTC.
