Clearing Ops LP provides operational support for futures and options clearing conducted.



Job Summary:Clearing analysts are responsible for: trade capture, exchange reconciliation, cash and collateral reconciliation, post trade investigation, position management, regulatory reporting, fee reconciliations and fee system maintenance. Clearing and operational functions include liaising with middle office staff and management, accessing and working with exchange clearing applications, and internal operating systems to support the flow and record keeping of futures, and options trading.Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in creating and validating test scenarios in preparation of go live of ICE Clearing.
• Assist in setting up and testing reference data in FIS CD and GMI for clearing and processing of ICE products.
• Ensuring that all trades are captured and entered completely, timely and accurately into the back-office bookkeeping system.
• Performing top day and post trade date position reconciliation and daily point balance reports, including identifying and resolving trade breaks.
• Preparation of daily and monthly fee reconciliations.
• Management of trade life cycle events, including last trading day and option expiration processes.
• Liaising with middle office staff to support resolution of trade issues and calibration of trade life cycle events.
• Ensure accuracy of and prepare necessary adjustments of open interest and large trader reports.
