Job Description

  • Coordinate daily cleaning schedules to maintain a pristine working environment.
  • Supervise and support the cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage stock levels for cleaning supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Provide training and guidance to the cleaning team to enhance their performance.
  • Respond to client or internal feedback regarding cleaning operations promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain records or reports related to cleaning activities and staff management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cleaning Supervisor should have:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning practices and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to assess and improve operational processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and basic administrative tasks.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
