Certification Regime Specialist - AVP

The Certification Regime Specialist - AVP will be responsible for:· Undertaking Certification issuance process for onboarding, annual, change,

and offboarding process, including identifying risks and issues, conducting

initial troubleshooting, and escalating them to management in timely manner.

· Provide challenge to / receive challenge from senior colleagues up to GM /

Vertical Head level with respect to Certification Regime requirements.

· The role holder will be required to prepare and deliver presentations on the

Certification Regime or other related topics to audiences of varying seniority.

· Provision of Management Information to ExCo / Board / LMC level.

• Be the Certification Regime representative at internal meetings including, butnot limited to, Product Approval Committee, MRT Review meetings and otherkey events with senior leadership.

• Operation of controls surrounding the various Certification Regime processes.
• Respond to queries from across the business to further enhance the Bank's and individuals' knowledge of the Certification Regime.
• Advise business in best practice and opportunities for control enhancement inrelation to the Certification Regime.
• Monitoring CPD progress for Certification Employees and MiFID K&C in scopeemployees and report any issues to relevant departments in timely manner.
