Job Description

As Centre Manager, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business centre to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee client relationships, addressing queries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the centre.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure all facilities are well-maintained and operational.
  • Monitor budgets and manage financial processes for the centre.
  • Develop and manage new client onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support the marketing and sales team in promoting the business centre's services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
