Job Description

  • Source, negotiate and procure materials and services from suppliers.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Plan and forecast procurement needs based on project time lines and budgets.
  • Handle contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Work closely with the construction and design teams to understand material requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory standards in the property industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Buyer should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in procurement within the construction or property industry.
  • Happy to be based in Central London office with site visits as and when required
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
