Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsLeading Property / Business Rates Consultancy, London-basedNew business role, experience in sales and business development requiredAbout Our ClientOur client is Central London based and specialise in supporting businesses to effectively plan and manage their rates liability, helping to save them money and improve long-term success.Ratings services offered to B2B clients by our client include: Rateable Value Appeal (bill determination), Property Usage Review, Account Management and Forensic Audits (a service our client has offered to businesses since 1990).Job DescriptionTo be the primary contact between our client and prospective clients to communicate the range of services offered developing the relationship and the client's awareness of themTo liaise with key internal stakeholder across the wider business to maximise profitability through a strategic approach to creating "Sticky Clients"Using industry knowledge and experience to negotiate the maximum potential fee percentage acceptable to our client and their clientsAssist in identifying potential fee earning opportunities and demonstrations of the range of services & productsTo build and maintain existing relationships with the client base in order to secure rating instructions and develop long term agreements to achieve your monthly targetsTo obtain all relevant rating records and account details readily available from clients for the purpose of the rating instruction. A stringent Quality Control process is used to qualify a prospective target client to ensure the sale will benefit the objectives of the Rating DepartmentTo update the Salesforce CRM accurately and on a timely basis to help progress the sales order process with each prospective client and issue template documents to the client as required.
