Job Description

  • Market Expansion: Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities with insurance brokerages
  • New Business: Take ownership of a cold territory, establishing and developing your account base through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring a client-centric approach that will foster long-term partnerships.
  • · Product Innovation: Collaborate with the wider team to tailor to meet evolving client needs and the shifting market.
  • · Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial outreach and presentations, to negotiations, closing deals, and providing post-sales support, transitioning into a hybrid new business / account executive role as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Executive should have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B Consultative Sales.
  • Proficiency using CRM Tools (HubSpot Preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distil financial products in a client-friendly manner.
  • Strong IT Skills - Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Office 365, HubSpot
  • Hold a valid UK Driving License.
