Business Analyst - Target Operating Model

The role will involve:

• Lead the development of a robust and scalable Target Operating Model for transaction banking processes, with a focus on the end-to-end client lifecycle.
• Conduct current state analysis, identify pain points, and propose improvements aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to client onboarding, due diligence, KYC, account setup, maintenance, and offboarding.
• Define and validate business processes, workflows, and use cases across client lifecycle touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure business requirements are translated into functional specifications and system designs.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support testing, change management, and training efforts as part of the operating model implementation.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including business requirements, process maps, gap analyses, and TOM blueprints.
• Track progress against deliverables, report risks and issues, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
