The Brand Manager role will support the organisation's mission by crafting a strong and recognisable brand stories that resonate both internally & externally.Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior Brand Manager but instrumental to the team and organisations brand activity, the Brand Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Define and implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.Collaborate with internal teams to align brand identity across all communications channels (internal & external).Oversee the creation of visual and written content, providing guidance and toolkits.Ensure brand compliance in both internal and external materials.Work closely with external agencies to deliver brand-related projects effectively.Monitor brand performance and propose improvements based on insights and feedback.Support suppliers to understand key brand objectives and deliver brand training where required.Act as the main point to the marketing campaigns teams in relations to all things Brand.The Successful ApplicantThe candidate that secures the Brand Manager role will be able to demonstrate a proven track record with the following skills:Brand management from either agency or client side focused on ensuring clear messaging and consistency is embedded across all customer touchpoints through creative storytelling.A demonstrable knowledge of developing brand guidelines, brand toolkits and driving brand messaging across internal and external channels.Enjoys managing 3rd party agency relationships to deliver brand outcomes and meet business objectives.Excellent project management skills from branding concepts to execution, coupled with high levels of attention to detail.Contributing to brand strategy development.Utilisation of technology platforms to provide self-serve brand guidelines/content/assetsStrong communication skills to engage with teams and external partners.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £45,500 to £48,000 depending on suitability and track recordGenerous holiday entitlement to support work-life balance.Hybrid working modelBest in class pension scheme.This permanent role offers a chance to make a tangible impact while growing your career in a supportive environment.
