Job Description

  • Maintaining financial records and managing company ledgers.
  • Performing audits and resolving discrepancies in financial reports.
  • Processing invoices, transactions, expenses and other financial details.
  • Coordinating with the finance team to prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Complying with all financial regulations and standards in the professional services industry.
  • Generating financial reports for management to review.
  • Assisting in the development of financial policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Bookkeeper should have:

  • An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • A comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping and financial management principles.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
