BCBS239 Business Analyst responsiblities: Analyse and interpret BCBS239 regulatory requirements to ensure compliance within the organisation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement regulatory frameworks and solutions.Document business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements in line with BCBS standards.Definition of user storiesCollaborating with the wider data family, including analysts, engineers, and product managersMonitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.Support the creation of reports and documentation required for regulatory submissions.Serve as a subject matter expert for BCBS239-related matters within the organisation.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BCBS239 regulations and industry best practices.The Successful ApplicantA successful BCBS239 Business Analyst should have:A solid background in the financial services industry, particularly in banking.Experience across a range of data & analytics disciplines (e.g. data governance, data quality, business intelligence, data engineering, ad hoc analytics) and a passion for using data to improve business outcomesDemonstrable experience as a Technical Business Analyst, System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.Demonstrable experience using of the tools, principles, and best practices techniques appropriate to requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.Experience of business analysis working within an agile working environmentAn outstanding problem solver who has an analytical mindset, is inquisitive and excellent with technology enabling a creative approach to solution scoping and delivery.SQL skills to support requirements and data analysis, ideally including both raw and aggregated data with the ability to review transformation logicSolid understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Appreciation of data modelling techniques (e.g. dimensional modelling, data vault)Strong knowledge of BCBS239 regulations and their practical applications.Experience in analysing business processes and delivering regulatory solutions.Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation for stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Competence in managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.What's on OfferCompetitive daily rate, estimated between £730 and £900 umbrella.Standard benefits package provided for the duration of the contract.Chance to enhance your expertise in BCBS239 regulations and banking operations.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled BCBS Business Analyst to make a significant impact.
