Job Description

The Banking Solicitor will be:



  • Advising financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies on banking law matters.


  • Managing a wide range of banking transactions and regulatory issues.


  • Providing expert legal advice on lending, payments, and financial services regulations.


  • Collaborating with a global team to ensure high-quality service delivery across various jurisdictions.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Banking Solicitor should be:



  • A solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in banking law.
  • Experience from strong regional, or national and international practice.


  • Experience in advising financial institutions and regulatory bodies.


  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.


  • A proactive and collaborative approach to legal work.
