Job Description

  • Performing and completing audits within set deadlines.
  • Preparing and presenting reports that reflect audit results.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the audit process.
  • Identifying areas of financial risk within the client's operations.
  • Providing recommendations for improving client's financial management processes.
  • Supporting junior team members and providing audit-related advice.
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends and changes in regulations.
  • Potential for exposure to other aspects of the firm eg. Tax/Accounts etc.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Senior should have:

  • A professional accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, etc) or working towards a qualification.
  • Previous experience in an Auditing role.
  • Strong knowledge of audit procedures and principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
