Job Description

  • Overseeing and managing all audit and account activities within the department
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports and analyses
  • Developing and implementing effective financial strategies
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes accordingly
  • Providing leadership and support to accounting team members

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit and Accounts Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA)
  • A minimum of 5 years' Auditing experience, including leading audits
  • Comprehensive knowledge of audit and account management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the use of accounting software and systems
