Job Description

  • Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Plan and execute audit projects in line with industry standards and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for financial growth and control.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide expert advice on financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Oversee budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities for process and performance improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit & Accounts Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
