You will be expected to demonstrate your understanding of the challenges faced by the organisation and make recommendations. You will be required to attend and contribute at board and committee meetings on a monthly basis on site. The Associate Non Executive Director is a 2 year fixed tenure role, and a minimum of three days a month would be expected to undertake the role successfully. The organisation operates hybrid model with some meetings online but one to two days per month in person.The Successful ApplicantThe Associate Non-Executive Director will have worked within senior management or C-Suite and ideally have some understanding of Social Care and/or Mental Health. This could be from the third sector or other community based organisations or personal life experience(s). The organisation recognises that diverse boards make the best decisions.
