Job Description

  • Manage and oversee tender processes from start to finish, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to define procurement needs and develop tender specifications.
  • Evaluate supplier bids and recommend the most suitable options based on cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and contracts.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement policies and procedures to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all tendering activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
