A start-up / challenger brand within the FMCG space, HQ in London.

Job Description

  • Assisting in management of the product portfolio, including new product launches and artwork (particular focus on artwork management)
  • Support with competitive analysis and pricing - conducting market research to understand consumer trends and insights
  • Supporting the execution of brand initiatives across various marketing channels
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Build and maintain relationships with key agency partners to support brand initiatives, collaborations and launches
  • Analysing the impact of marketing campaigns and providing recommendations
  • Assisting in the management of the brand's budget

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in a marketing / brand role, minimum 1 year
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG space - experience with household or personal care products is a bonus
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic thinking ability
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and digital tools

What's on Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
