Job Description

Duties of the Assistant Analyst:

  • Supporting the team with data collection and analysis, providing opportunities of innovation
  • Support the technical delivery of analytical activities
  • Assisting in the preparation of analytical reports and presentations.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams to gather necessary data.
  • Implementing quality assurance procedures to ensure data integrity.
  • Participating in departmental meetings and providing analytical insights.
  • Assisting in the development of operational efficiency strategies.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
  • Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel for data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
