They pride themselves on delivering high-quality products and maintaining an efficient and professional workplace.Job Description**This role is office based 5 days per week**Matching invoices to purchase orders and monitoring open goods receipt list.Posting supplier invoices / credit notes (service/item)/ non- stock invoices on SAP.Posting Payroll journals and staff accounts monthly.Weekly supplier payment run in Euros/GBP currency.Posting customer receipts on SAP on daily basis and reconcile with customer remittances.Merchant account posting/ Online payment reconciliation for COD and Stripe payments.Non- stock invoices Cost analysis on monthly basis for month end accounts.Take initiative and communicate with other departments to resolve issues promptly.Maintain supplier contract copies for recurring bills.Maintain accounts documentation and filing/storing/archiving. File invoices paid for each payment run.Request and reconcile supplier statements weekly and handle supplier queries as required.Emailing remittance advices and statements as required and/or requested.Processing cheques received - copying and entering in deposit book.Petty cash: Managing daily and reconciling weekly.Accounts receivable credit notes: Creating service credit notes and printing item credit notes. Liaising with other departments to resolve any credit note queries daily.To perform Bank Reconciliations, including foreign currency accounts.Calculate and complete return for Intrastat and upload the data onto HMRC website.
