My client is a growing Family Office based in Central London, and they pride themselves on delivering excellent service to a range of clients across the world. They are seeking a detail-oriented individual to contribute to business growth with the potential for progression within the role.

Job Description



  • Support with accounts payable and receivable functions


  • Assist with month-end tasks including journal postings, reconciliations, and reporting


  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers


  • Prepare and process payments and bank reconciliations


  • Liaise with external service providers and internal stakeholders


  • Provide ad hoc support to the Finance Manager across finance and operational matters



The Successful Applicant



  • 3+ years' experience in a similar finance role


  • Strong transactional finance knowledge with a keen eye for detail


  • Experience with month-end processes is desirable


  • Confident communicator - client-facing experience is a bonus


  • Proactive, organised and eager to learn


  • Studying towards an accounting qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent is advantageous
