Job Description



  • What you'll bring to the role:
    • Previous experience of managing a small team
    • A track record of supporting bespoke business applications
    • A "customer first" attitude with demonstrable customer care skills
    • Monitoring team performance against SLI's, KPI's etc.
    • Managing individual performance, career goals, training etc.
    • Ability to liaise with a Development team across multiple sites
    • Knowledge of Zendesk (or similar), Jira, SQL & the MS Office suite
    • ITIL qualifications are advantageous
