Job Description
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars and setting up meetings.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organising and maintaining files and records.
- Providing quality customer service.
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Managing projects and conducting research.
- Preparing and distributing minutes of meetings.
- Performing other relevant duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
