Job Description

  • Manage front-of-house operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries will only be (10-15% of the role)
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are prepared for use.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • General admin assistance to the EA's, sat with them growing and learning!
  • Support the team with diary management and scheduling where needed.
  • Distribute and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Provide ad hoc support to various departments as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Admin Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or administrative role within professional services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A polished and professional demeanour suitable for client-facing roles.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to assist in various tasks.
