Acquisitions Analyst (Affordable Housing)

As an Acquisition Analyst, you'll source and appraise new deal opportunities nationwide, building strong relationships with house builders, developers, and agents. You'll support the Head of Affordable Acquisitions/Senior Associates from site identification to legal exchange, preparing bid packs for the Investment Committee and contributing to the team's growth plans.

Job Description

  • Appraise and source new deal opportunities
  • Build great, long-lasting relationships.
  • Support from site identification through to legal exchange.
  • Prepare & present bid packs ready for presentation to Investment Committee

The Successful Applicant

  • Competent on Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Great at building new relationships to maintain deal flow in line with our growth plan
  • Serious team player and fantastic internal stakeholder management
  • Confident communication skills - happy to pick up the phone and deal directly with external stakeholders
  • Detail focused when preparing internal/external documents
