Job Description
Duties include:
* Monitoring ongoing processes: invoicing, crediting, cash allocation
* Unallocated cash KPI Reporting
* Overseeing Direct debit collections
* Complex account reconciliations
* Guidance and support to the transactional team
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Implement departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standards.
* Cover for AP when required
* Ensuring month-end deadlines are met
* Other ad-hoc duties requested by management
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role - Required
- Strong leadership skills - Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Commitment to driving continuous improvements - Required
- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
