About Our Client

An Accounts Receivable Clerk role is now available for a dedicated and meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail. This position is critical to the smooth operation of the Accounting & Finance department in the Not For Profit sector.

Job Description

The main duties for the Accounts Receivable Clerk include:

  • Process invoices, payments, and refunds
  • Handle queries related to accounts receivable
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Prepare and present reports on collections and receivables

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be:

  • Of an educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience working in HE would be desirable
  • Proficient in accounting software, preferably Agresso and MS Office
  • Have a strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
