Job Description

  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to manage payment approvals.
  • Monitor accounts payable inbox and respond to queries efficiently.
  • Support audits by providing required documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payment processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:

  • Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
