Job Description

  • Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and process payment runs while adhering to deadlines.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and provide necessary reports.
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to address queries effectively.
  • Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Ensure all accounts payable processes comply with internal controls and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the accounting and finance field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
