With a Private equity injection, our client is on a progressive growth journey across the 3 offices.Job DescriptionClient Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Accountancy Services: Oversee the delivery of accountancy services, including financial reporting, tax planning, and audit.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and expansion of the firm.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the firm.Compliance: Ensure all accountancy practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.The Successful ApplicantEducation: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in accountancy, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
