Job Description

We're on the lookout for an Accounts Assistant who enjoys being at the heart of the finance function. You'll be someone who's organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks that keep everything in good working order.

Here's a look at what you'll be getting stuck into:



  • Posting bank transactions and keeping cash book reconciliations neat, tidy, and up to date.


  • Supporting the processing of UK & Belgium payroll-gathering data, liaising with our payroll provider, checking reports for accuracy, and lending a hand with final sign-off.


  • Being a friendly and reliable point of contact for employee payroll and pension queries-you'll have the answers (or know where to find them).


  • Working closely with both our HR and Finance teams, becoming the go-to person for all things payroll-related.


  • Making sure every process is aligned with company policy-because when the small things are taken care of, the big picture falls into place.

The Successful Applicant

This is the perfect role if you are an experienced Accounts Assistant with a couple of years experience under your belt, and looking for a role and business where you can thrive.

Experience in payroll would be amazing but more important is your exposure to working in a varied accounts role where you have had exposure to a wide range of duties, and would really appeal if you want a more reporting lead role rather than a transnational finance position.
