Job Description

  • Manage and develop client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the delivery of facilities management services in line with client expectations.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance to meet agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and optimise processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client support.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Resolve any client issues promptly and professionally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:
