Job DescriptionThe VP Media & Acquisition role is tasked with crafting and steering a comprehensive global full funnel media strategy and framework (B2C and B2B) that mirror the overarching brand business strategy and drive web direct growth. You will work closely with the global Brands, Sales and DM&E teams, as well as the Regions to ensure the global full funnel media & acquisition strategy is locally relevant and effectively communicated to all stakeholders to support regional media briefings.Your role is includes but is not limited to:Building and leading Media & Acquisition lever development strategy & optimization worldwideLead strategic relationships with internal & external partners including agencies, business partners, tools providersDriving innovation & Transversal ProjectsLeading and inspiring a team and community of experts to drive Centre of ExcellenceThe Successful ApplicantExperience in media & acquisition both operational and strategically, in a multi-brand, global business environment. Experience in full funnel media with a multi-million annual spend of £5-10M, and a proven track record in managing paid marketing channels, especially for a large e-commerce site. Travel & hospitality industry experience is a plus.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, including matrix team experience and international coordination.
