Meet the team

Emma Mundy (Marketing, Communications and Insight Team)
Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment

I’ve worked in marketing and communications for over 25 years across a variety of sectors, most recently in education, having been at Warwick for nearly 8 years. I currently lead the team who are responsible for student recruitment, strategic marketing including student communications as well as our in-house agency function. I love the variety and ever-changing nature of what we do, and I am committed to championing the needs of prospective and current students, supported by teams of channel and creative experts to deliver the best possible marketing and communications to these audiences. It’s also really important to me to work for an organisation where personal and professional development is at the heart of all we do.

Charlotte Ridley (Marketing, Communications and Insight Team)
Director of Brand and Marketing

I’ve been at Warwick for 8 years starting as Head of Campus and Commercial Group Marketing, before becoming interim Director of Marketing & Communications, and now Director of Brand, Campaigns and Marketing. Currently, I oversee and manage Warwick’s brand and campaigns activities with responsibility for major thematic areas including research communications, sustainability and Business and Innovation. I really like the fact that Warwick has a purpose and I buy strongly into that. I also like being in a learning organisation where knowledge and personal development is supported.

Jenny McCormick (Marketing, Communications and Insight Team)
Associate Director of Marketing (Account Management)

I’ve been at Warwick for 8 years and have progressed my career as I started as a Marketing Officer. We have a supportive team environment. Our large marketing team means I get to work with experts in a range of areas and develop relationships with colleagues across the institution. What has kept me at Warwick is the culture of change, as the sector and our audience needs change.

Carl Freelove (Marketing, Communications and Insight Team)
Associate Director of Marketing (Commercial and Innovation)

I lead a large multi-disciplinary marketing team that supports business growth for a range of commercial areas including sports, retail, conferencing, arts and innovation. Work-life balance is second to none and Warwick provides a fantastic opportunity to work with talented marketers across a diverse portfolio – all whilst feeling like being part of something bigger.
