Job Description

  • Develop and implement policies to support organisational goals
  • Monitor and analyse regulatory developments and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
  • Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior management and committees.
  • Lead consultations and engagement activities on policy changes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support cross-departmental projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Represent the organisation at external meetings and events in London and beyond

The Successful Applicant

A successful Policy Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of policy development and regulatory processes.
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex information effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in a related field.
