Job Description

  • Develop and execute external affairs strategies to support organisational objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including policymakers and regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate and contribute to policy consultations and public affairs initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse policy developments relevant to the organisation's remit.
  • Represent the organisation at external events, forums, and meetings.
  • Provide strategic advice and briefings to senior leadership on external affairs matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and policy alignment.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and communication materials.

The Successful Applicant

A successful External Affairs Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in external affairs, public policy, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the public sector and regulatory environments.
