Job Description

  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Support managers with HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the resolution of workplace disputes through mediation and consultation.
  • Conduct investigations into employee concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to employee relations cases.
  • Collaborate with the wider human resources team to implement best practices.
  • Deliver training sessions to managers on employee relations topics.
  • Ensure adherence to employment law and company policies at all times.
  • Manage your own, high volume case work

The Successful Applicant

The successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:

  • A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling complex employee relations cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A relevant qualification in human resources or a related field is preferred.
