Job Description

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to drive growth and market share in the FMCG sector.
  • Manage marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with brand objectives and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee budget management and ensure efficient allocation of resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.
  • Work closely with external agencies to deliver impactful advertising and promotional materials.
  • Lead product launches and manage the lifecycle of assigned brands.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • A strong background in marketing within the FMCG industry - ideally with some exposure to the personal care and beauty sector
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective brand strategies.
  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering results within allocated resources.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commutable distance to their offices in Solihull - 2 days min in the office a week
