Job Description

The Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer will be:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
  • Advising clients on sales, purchases, lease extensions and new builds
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the team for support and guidance
  • Participating in business development activities
  • Contributing to team training and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

The Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer should be:

  • A residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with 1+ years PQE
  • Experienced in handling residential property matters independently
  • Client-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, proactive and keen to contribute to a collaborative team
  • Motivated to grow professionally within a supportive environment
