  • Managing part‑exchange purchase and sale cases
  • Requesting searches
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts
  • Raising and replying to enquiries
  • Preparing Report on Title

The Successful Applicant

The In‑House Conveyancing Locum should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in conveyancing
