Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and support on a range of real estate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate property-related documents and contracts.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct due diligence and oversee property investigations.
  • Assist in resolving disputes related to real estate matters.
  • Work closely with other departments to provide integrated legal solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate law and regulations.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives within the legal department.

The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 3-6 years PQE in real estate, ideally from a mid to large-sized firm
  • Experienced in supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development
  • Skilled in managing transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision
  • Strong in communication, client care, and commercial awareness
  • Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working to tight deadlines
