Job Description

  • Overseeing daily operations and making key decisions for the property construction department.
  • Implementing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinating teams to drive performance and achieve company objectives.
  • Ensuring adherence to industry standards and legal regulations.
  • Reviewing and improving existing operational systems and processes.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operation Director should have:
