Job Description

  • Manage multiple marketing campaigns from initiation to completion within set timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and public sector standards.
  • Analyse campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for various platforms.
  • Oversee procurement processes for marketing-related resources and services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing marketing projects, preferably in the public sector.
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning and execution.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
