Job Description

  • Supervise the imports team to ensure smooth daily operations in logistics.
  • Monitor and manage import documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers to optimise delivery schedules.
  • Analyse and report on import data to improve operational efficiency.
  • Resolve any issues related to customs clearance or shipment delays.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain an efficient supply chain.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards in all import activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Imports Team Leader should have:
